OUTDOOR DURABLE

Materials specifically designed to perform outdoors, are utilized in the Screen Printing process.  These materials use UV inhibitors and other chemical enhancements to improve its durability in an outdoor environment.  To further extend the life of a decal, special laminations or topcoats can be added to provide even greater UV and abrasion resistance.

Our screen inks utilize pigments made with excellent light-fastness and other additives to extend outdoor life. We utilize adhesives specially formulated to stick to the toughest surfaces and engineered to perform over a wide range of service temperatures.

These combinations of materials, laminations, inks and adhesives ensure that we manufacture a superior, outdoor durable product to function in the harshest of environments.

CHEMICAL RESISTANT

ALG Screen Printed decals provide excellent resistance to chemicals including alcohol, detergents, oil, gasoline and other low grade solvents.

Additional resistance to harsher chemicals is achieved by adding special clear coats and laminations.

SUBSTRATES

More than any other printing process, Screen Printing adheres to the largest range of substrates.  ALG screen prints on rigid or flexible materials with a wide range of thicknesses.

ALG SAFETY COLORS

ALG Safety Colors are richly pigmented industrial inks with excellent light-fast and abrasion resistant properties.  ALG Safety Colors match the ANSI approved standards.

These ink formulas were developed using specific pigments that provide bright, vibrant color with proven light-fast performance.  These ink systems are proven with over 20+ years in the field.
