Traceability and Retain System
Every product manufactured by ALG is fully traceable from raw materials to final inspection. Each part links back to its original material lot number, ensuring accountability and rapid response if issues arise. Quality records and samples are securely retained for 24 months and include:
- Material usage reports and roll tags
- Production sign-offs and test samples
- Adhesion, color, and performance testing results
- Barcode and density readings, as applicable
