ALG Limted Warranty Statement

Seller’s only obligation is to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective within 1 year from the manufacturing date. Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, from sue of or inability to use the product. Before using, user shall detemine suitablity of the product for intended use, and user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connnection therewith. The foregoing may not be change except by an agreement signed by an officer of the Seller.
