What Information Is Included? 

Each ASN email contains important shipment details that help you track and manage incoming orders: 

  • Purchase Order Number 
  • Part Number 
  • Shipping Method 
  • Tracking Number (when available) 
  • Ship-To Location 
  • Quantity Shipped 

If a tracking number is not yet available at the time of the notification, our team can quickly provide it upon request. 

Notifications are sent only when shipments leave our facility, ensuring that you receive timely and relevant updates. Emails are delivered directly to the buyer listed on the purchase order, and you will only receive notifications on days when shipments are sent.
