File Format & Software Supported

Preferred File Format:

•             Vector based Art –
•                   No placed images, must have access to image file
•                   All fonts turned to outlines to eliminate cross platform problems
•             All support files (photograph, logo, etc.) in unflatten format
•             100% size file with 300 DPI resolution or higher

Software & file formats that ALG supports:

•                   Adobe Creative Suite (most current version)
•                   Illustrator – .ai, .eps, .pdf
•                   Photoshop – .psd (layers unflatten)
•                   In-Design – .indt
•                   Acrobat – .pdf or .jdf (ALG approved)

Software & file formats that ALG does NOT support:

• For.gif, .jpg, or .png as low resolution files
• AUTO CAD – .dxf, .dwg, or .pdf
• Microsoft Office Formats – .doc, .ppd, or .exl
• Page Maker – .pm5, .pm6, or .p65
• Quark – all formats

Printed samples to be recreated must be clean & free of tape, folds, or staples for best results.
