Recognizing the need for a solution, ALG Labels + Graphics has invested in cutting-edge automation to streamline its operations.

Grunig GC 414 Automatic Screen Coater: This double-sided, programmable system ensures consistent emulsion coating across all screen sizes, eliminating the variations common with manual methods. It significantly improves screen quality and reduces preparation time.
Kiwo LX200 Direct-to-Screen Imaging System: This system replaces traditional positives with a laser-based imaging process, directly transferring digital files onto screens with exceptional precision. The DTS technology delivers higher-resolution images, enabling finer details, and smoother gradients with 2450 dpi high-resolution designs directly from digital files.
