This is a full time position that supports multi-plant, custom manufacturing operations with a commitment to quality and exceeding customer expectations.
Division: Customer Service Professional
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Summary: Ability to work in a team atmosphere, possessing strong communication skills while providing support and service to customer base. Will manage accounts, provide detailed service to include order placement, tracking on-site production, managing shipping needs and running point on any troubleshooting. This person is required to maintain and manage several key accounts in a fast-paced, light manufacturing environment.

Compensation Range: Based upon experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, account management or sales
• Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office products
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Positive and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Quick response time
