Account Managers are another component of our overall service team, providing day-to-day management for a specific customer account. ALG Account Managers are the main point of contact for customers, providing all facets of customer support and technical assistance, and are always just a phone call away and ready to assist.

PRICING, LARGE RFQ's
Our Account Managers provide pricing quotes and very detailed Request For Quotes (RFQ) on a daily basis. They work to understand your business to make sure that ALG is recommending the best process for the application you need.
Quotes can vary based upon amount of parts needed, the conditions in which the label needs to perform, how quickly it is needed and more . Our Account Managers take all this information into consideration in our commitment to be the low cost producer of quality printed labels.
ON-SITE CONSULTING
ALG Account Managers believe in being on-site and meeting with our customers face-to-face even if that means criss-crossing the nation and beyond. Our team wants to know and understand your business, and there is no better way than coming to your manufacturing facility to see and hear what your current label needs may be, as well as plans for the future.
Our Account Managers walk production lines, provide on-site consulting, do inventory analysis and collaborate with purchasing, engineering, line personnel, marketing or any other personnel who need assistance with any aspect of meeting your company's label and decal requirements.
LARGE ACCOUNT ASSIMILATION
We know the importance of understanding your label business and what is important to you. Flows of business, new plants coming on-line, increase business from new products, all factor into the overall traffic of a company's account.
Our Account Managers establish key metrics on every relevant aspect of your business and track that accordingly, to help you - and us - better understand your label and decal needs. Through this analysis, we are able to suggest new processes, react to trends and activity, and provide valuable information and recommendations.
UL REQUIREMENTS + RECOMMENDATIONS
ALG has been producing UL Certified products for over 20 years. Our people know UL - the standards and processes involved.
While we have employees whose main job is to oversee UL accounts, our Account Managers are very familiar with what is involved and are the starting point to getting your UL Certified products approved and produced within compliance.

Sometimes getting a new product created with detailed specifications seems like a long, zig-zagging maze with many twists and turns - but not at ALG.
Our Account Managers are knowledgeable with all aspects of these processes and will consult with our Product Managers, production supervisors, Mac professionals, ADC Supervisor or UL Coordinator as needed, to get you solutions for your label requirements.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We all know how important having an on-time and continual flow of parts into your plant is in making your business run smooth.
At ALG, we can design and set-up customized inventory plans to handle any seasonal fluctuations or unforeseen spikes in your business in addition to your normal parts supply. ITEM ACTIVITY REPORTING
Our Account Managers create Item Activity Reports on a regular basis to monitor account inventory, orders in process and verify any future needs as part of the customer account review. Tracking shipments to your plant or facility are also included.
This report can be structured in a way that makes it more specific to a line of parts, to your overall order cycle or any area o data tracking that is relevant to your ordering process.
